Oleg Antonov M.D.
Dr. Antonov is a certified and licensed Medical Physician and Surgeon. He received his medical degree from the Moscow Medical Academy in 1986 followed by a two year surgical residency and training in Micro-Vascular Surgery. He then worked as an attending surgeon in the most prestigious hospitals in Moscow. In 1996 he received training in Hair Transplant Surgery by one of the pioneers of surgical hair restoration in the USA - Professor Paul Weiss, Medical Director at Youngstown Osteopathic Hospital. Dr. Antonov dedicated much of his time in worldwide clinical training of doctors and technicians in performing the art of hair transplant surgery. In 2007 Dr. Antonov received his second residency training at Underwood Memorial Hospital in Woodbury, NJ.
Dr. Antonov has performed thousands of surgeries during his career. And as a matter of fact, he dedicated 11 years to successful hair restoration procedures. Being a hair transplant patient himself, he has a personal and honest approach in helping patients decide on an appropriate medical or surgical solution.
